Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Zova, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required by the social platforms you connect. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. What Zova provides

Zova helps creators generate, adapt, schedule, publish and analyse social content. Features may depend on third-party social platforms, AI providers, hosting providers and payment services. We may improve, change or discontinue features, and availability is not guaranteed.

4. Connected platforms

You may connect only accounts you are authorised to manage. Your use of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and other connected services remains subject to their own terms and policies. Those platforms may restrict, reject, delay or remove content and may change or suspend their APIs. Zova is not responsible for a third-party platform's availability or decisions.

5. Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Zova a limited licence to host, process, adapt and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service and carry out your instructions. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and for everything you choose to publish.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for text, images, video, music, trademarks and other material you upload or publish.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Zova to break the law; infringe intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights; impersonate or deceive others; distribute malware; harass or exploit people; manipulate platform systems; bypass limits or security measures; scrape the service; or publish content prohibited by a connected platform. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, platforms or Zova.

7. AI output

AI-generated material can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Zova does not guarantee originality, factual accuracy, legal compliance, platform acceptance or performance. You must review and approve content before it is published and obtain professional advice where appropriate.

8. Subscriptions and payments

If paid plans are introduced, the price, billing period and included features will be shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added. Cancellation affects future renewals and does not automatically create a refund for an elapsed billing period, except where required by law.

9. Intellectual property

Zova and its software, design, branding and service content are owned by Zova Social or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Zova. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or create competing services from protected parts of Zova except where the law expressly permits it.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Zova and unlink social accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment or where continued service is no longer reasonably possible. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Zova is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, reputational harm or third-party platform actions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, law or platform requirements. The updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
